The entire story isn't told here just enough to warn others to watch for this person. The driver of this car is dangerous! Watch out and stay clear if you see this vehicle. They purposely tried hard to run us off the road yesterday for no reason. This was on I-40 near Davis Drive heading East toward Raleigh proper. This was reported to 911 during the event.
