We found him on the side of the road, 2 streets from Shady Acres on the side of the road to the right on after Old Tart Rd. in front of a policeman house. His black collar wasn't on him & it looked as though someone just placed him there. I was up til 3 am calling his name outside , hoping that he come home. Got up at 8ish this morning. Started out to look for him bout 9:15. Before we lóoked we called animal control, they said they weren't taking any in because they were full. The KPD said because of flu they would not have picked him up. So something happened to him between 9:30 last nite until the time he was found. PLEASE IF ANYONE SEEN ANYTHING ON OLD FAISON RD & OLD TART RD. HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MY BABY ....
