A few days ago I was walking through with my dogs a way behind a young lady walking her dog. She had a large beverage in her hand. I was very disturbed to find that very same beverage cup had been tossed into the stream by her, as I crossed the bridge and looked down at the water. There is a trash bin very close to that bridge. I also saw tossed empty water bottles in the ball field. I told my husband about it as we were walking a few days later and he gallantly climbed down into the stream and grabbed the discarded beverage cup which was still in the stream, and threw it away. Please help keep our park clean so we may all enjoy it.
