I am highly disappointed in the values this business up holds. My wife and I traded in her car on what we thought was a good deal. Only to discover damage that was purposely obscured when we checked it out. The transmission has issues only when fully up to temperature, after taking it to a dealer on our own accord (could not get Westgate on the phone) they let us know that the transmission will need to be replaced. We have to pay 7000 after three weeks of owning the vehicle to replace the entire transmission. Either Westgate purposely withheld this information about the vehicle, or the are wholly incompetent on assessing vehicles they put up for sale. Either way it is inexcusable business practice. I'm leaning towards them knowing since they immediately accepted our counter offer on the trade, in hindsight they were in a rush to shove the vehicle onto someone else. Lesson learned, I will never be spending my honestly earned money at any Westgate affiliated dealer again. If you read this you have been warned.
