Upon exiting and returning to our car we had to wait to leave because another driver illegally parked between my truck and the vehicle next to us. Pics attached. I couldn't get in my car. Waited 20 minutes for the other driver to exit the bagel shop and return to their car. The other driver was an older woman who upon exiting the bagel shop was shaking, looked confused, couldn't find her keys, could barely walk, and had trouble just holding the small bag and small beverage she had purchased. She maneuvered her way to the car, got in and began backing out. She cut her wheels so sharply she almost took out the passenger side door on the car on her left and my rear drivers side quarter panel before she stopped, corrected and finally managed to get out of the illegal spot she had parked in. I believe in respecting our elders, so I didn't confront her about her illegal parking job. I gave her the grace and respect I would hope strangers would give one of my elder relatives. But people, if this is your Mom, Granny, Auntie -for the love of family please take her keys. She has no business driving.
