they sent someone to come and fix they started with $500 and now they are up to $841 , when I ask them they say it's the late fee accruing in 3 months , can someone Reffer me to a good Lawyer please am ready to take them to court. I pay my rent ontime $1600/month and now they want me fix their toilet , I thought when you rent a place it's Landlord's responsibility to fix their property that's why people pay rent !!! please I need help with a very good lawyer here because they talking about evicting me if I don't pay them , they gave me only 10days since last week .
