| | | | Event Description: | | Songwriters Showcases of America will select 20 ReverbNation bands from Central and North Florida to perform at the third annual Delandapalooza Music Festival in DeLand, FL. The festival is booking ReverbNation bands to play on the festival's 25 stages, including seven outdoor "main" stages and twelve indoor venue stages. The festival is located in historic DeLand near Stetson University and Daytona State University. Expected attendance throughout the day is 2,000-3,000. Delandapalooza is focused on original music, and sets for selected acts must consist of at least 80% originals. Selection Criteria: Based in Florida, Talent, Musicianship, Original Music Band Compensation: Bands will be given ten festival tickets, which they can sell if they choose and keep 100% of revenue. Bands will be compensated by a 50/50 split for revenue generated after the first ten tickets. All submission fees are waived (normally $35 for bands and $25 for solo performers) for the 20 bands selected through ReverbNation. |
