Crazy thing is I just seen her around 10am at Target (shenstone ) asking around. She literally stands in your way while youre getting out your car. I dont know how its a coincidence that i went from target to food lion and its the same lady there asking the same question. I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a lady today going around opening doors and walking up to EVERY CAR asking for "money for groceries" this photo was taken in front of Food Lion on Rock Quarry .
