| Canadian Music Week is a yearly opportunity to get your band in front of over 3,000 industry insiders and 700 media reps from Canada and all over the world. This includes A&R reps, music publishers, booking agents, promoters, and talent buyers. 60 to 100 performance slots are reserved for ReverbNation solo artists and bands from all over the world. As an added bonus, all bands will have the opportunity to be featured in the “Artist Spotlight” on the Canadian Music Week site with a link back to your ReverbNation RPK. Bands will be spotlighted on a weekly basis, so don’t put off your chance to be recognized until the end. Submission Fee:
- Now thru September 1, 2014: $25
- September 2 – November 1, 2014: $40
- November 2 – December 31, 2014: $50 Note: All band members must be 19 years old or over to perform in this years festival due to bar establishments’ liquor licenses Everyone who submits will receive a complimentary pass to attend Canadian Music Week's Music Summit 2015 (valued at $799 CAD) and a two-year membership to CAAMA (Canadian Association for the Advancement of Music and the Arts), a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the commercial development of the Canadian sound recording business domestically and internationally. So even if you are not selected to perform, you should attend this prestigious event! |
