| Florida Music Festival (FMF) will select at least 50 ReverbNation acts to perform at this year’s 14th Anniversary of FMF. FMF showcases more than 150 bands on 15 different stages, including past headliners like Flogging Molly, Minus the Bear, Third Eye Blind, Anberlin, Buckcherry, The Dirty Heads, Less Than Jake, JJ Grey & Mofro, Better Than Ezra, Easy Star Allstars, members of Matchbox Twenty, Creed and many more. Over a span of more than a decade, FMF has helped gain industry exposure for then great unsigned artists like Taylor Swift, Manchester Orchestra, Flyleaf, Black Tide, The Academy Is, and There For Tomorrow to the who's who of the music industry, and thousands of music fans in Downtown Orlando. All submitting artists will receive 2 passes to the industry conference and access to all showcases, a $75 value. Networking with industry, artists and fans and learning from industry experts is usually more valuable than performing so even if you are not performing, you should attend! One (1) ReverbNation act who submits by January 31, 2014 will also be rewarded with an all expenses paid trip ($1000 towards gas/hotel/per diem and passes), VIP passes for all members, a meet-and-greet with 2014 FMF keynote speaker(s), and be considered for a main stage performance slot. Expected Attendance: 4,000 per night The FMF submission fee is $10 in January 2014 and will increase to $15 in February 2014. Selection Criteria: Professional RPK presentation, Songwriting ability, Recording quality, Touring and History of work ethic |
