Event Description:

Based in Boston, MA Developing Artist is a management company (current clients like Howie Day and Barefoot Truth and past clients including Cute is What we Aim For, Virginia Coalition, Zox, Rustic Overtones) as well as a college focused booking agency. Our Developing Artist Booking agents have been booking artists at Colleges and Universities all across the US for almost 20 years. We pride ourselves on working with up and coming artists of many genres and helping our college clients find cutting edge, "next big thing" type talent for their on campus shows. We also attend NACA and APCA conferences in all regions and have artists showcasing year after year.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED MATERIALS OUTSIDE OF REVERBNATION.

Before Submitting: For the NACA submission you MUST have decent performance video, as that is what they base a majority of the showcase selection on. If you don't have a video, don't waste your money or time applying because this element is key.

Artist/Band Compensation: Varies from $500-700 for solo acts to $1,000-$3,000 for band. Pricing will be agreed upon in advance of submitting to showcase by DAB and the artist.

Performance Details: We are looking for ACOUSTIC artists, mostly solo/duo and comedians to submit to showcase at the NACA Mid Atlantic Festival in East Stroudsburg, PA. We will only consider bands with percussion and no drums. DAB will submit you for showcase consideration under our agency. If you are selected by NACA you will perform in front of the talent buyers from 20-30 colleges in PA, NY, MD, NJ March 16-17, 2012 in PA. DAB will pay all NACA submission fee's and will receive an agency commission on all dates booked as a result of the conference.

NOTE: Only submit if you think you are a viable act to play for students on college campuses and you can get yourself to East Stroudsburg, PA in March 2012 to showcase if selected. If you don't feel like you will appeal to the college market they should not waste their money in applying. I.E. Harder rock and metal isn't a big genre booked on campuses.
