Today my co-worker shared a picture of her sisters Chihuahua . It had went missing for a day. It managed to get back home but someone had tortured it. Badly. So bad I don't even want to put what happened in a general post nor a pic. The only thing the police would do was take a report. Message me and I will tell you.
