I stepped out to my front porch and saw a kitten run underneath my fiancé's car. It does not want to be caught. Now it has gained some confidence and is roaming all around the hallways of my apartment building, up and down the steps. It's nonstop crying and its eyes are extremely goopy. I called animal control and of course to no surprise, there's nothing they can do. I'm at a loss. My complex's office is closed. None of my other neighbors seem to care. I'm sitting in my apartment listening to this kitten roam and nonstop yowl.
