One little girl then started walking through our yard and he stepped out onto our driveway and stopped her and told her not to walk through the yard and she turned around and he again told them not to play in the driveway and to pick up their trash and leave. At no point did he verbally abuse or touch these children. They left but approximately 4 minutes later the little girl's mother (the one who attempted to walk through the yard) came to our door and accused my husband of grabbing her daughter by the arm! Not only did the child say he did but her group of friends co-signed on the accusation! My husband denied the accusation and told her that when his wife came home I would pull the images from my Ring camera. Thankfully my camera caught the entire incident and proved that these kids were lying!! I showed the video to the mother and the child admitted to the lie and apologized to my husband but I'm sure the gossip had already spread! My husband is upset and rightfully so because his reputation is smeared!!! Its very frustrating when children have no respect for adults and for other peoples property. Just driving through the neighborhood they walk out in front of your car and take their time moving...just disrespectful.
