I recently followed comments regarding our Raleigh Police. Wed I was involved in a minor "fender bender". Someone backed out of a parking place and into my back fender. I was told I should call 911 and I did. After giving information as to situation and location I was told someone would be there soon. I thought "right"! But in under 15 minutes someone WAS there. Very professional and helpful.
