We want to let you know about changes to our Member Agreement, Privacy Policy, Advertising & Cookie Policy, and Business Services Terms (the "Terms"). You may review the updated Terms at the links below, and the changes will take effect January 1, 2023.
Here are the highlights:
- We reorganized our Privacy Policy to make it easier to navigate, with supplemental notices for specific jurisdictions and new sections for state privacy laws going into effect in 2023.
- We refreshed our Terms to reflect our most current suite of products and features.
- We updated our arbitration terms to clarify how the consumer process differs from the business process.
