Event Description:
The Port Charlotte Family Fall Music Festival 2013 is a free outreach event sponsored by Edgewater United Methodist Church and the businesses of the Port Charlotte area. There will be rides, games, free food, and fantastic family friendly music. At least one ReverbNation artist will be selected to perform at this year’s Port Charlotte Family Fall Music Festival! Performance Detail: Selected artists receive a professionally produced large outdoor banner with their band logo to hang at the festival. Artists will be able to keep the banner after the festival. In addition, selected artists also receive a photo shoot of their performance. They will be given all the rights to the photos and have them for future marketing programs. Food and beverage will be provided. This will be a plug and play event. Bands will need to bring cymbals, bass drum, pedals, and guitars. Stage lighting and equipment will be provided by Mojo Productions. Further details will be provided if selected. Selection Criteria: Family-friendly lyrics (G or PG rated), Sound quality, Willing to play with no monetary compensation, Performance video About Port Charlotte Family Fall Festival: It is a 2-day event featuring 14 bands from all over the country and representing Contemporary Christian Rock, Blues, Jazz Country and Christian Hip Hop. The festival will have rides and games and attraction for kids of all ages and a Market Fair with over 50 vendors. The unique part about the festival is that it is completely free to the public. Parking, admission, all rides, all the food and the music all 100% free. The festival also receives one hundred, thirty second spots on Clear Channel radio advertising the event. The festival is expecting 8,000 to 10,000 people to attend over the 2 days. Artists for this event donate their time and talent to make this free event truly spectacular. Selected artist are provided a merchandise tent in order sell their t-shirts and CD's.
