Event Description:
The Driven Entertainment Group books several tours a year consisting of 10-date regional runs and 30-date coast-to-coast national tours. Driven is currently developing an agency, building on the tours booked to date and ramping them up to approximately 15 tours a year by 2013. Driven is seeking candidates for their new artist roster. There is no submission fee and submissions are open to all genres of artists, both signed and unsigned. Driven will consider all that submit, however, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Rock, pop, acoustic or singer-songwriter
- Strong songwriting and hooks
- Marketability
- High quality recordings and video
- Consistent draw in a city, state and/or region
- Reliable tour vehicle
- Flexible schedule allowing for touring
- Record label providing tour support and if unsigned, tour support an artist can provide themselves or can acquire One of the above may compensate for another, but Driven will consider all the points listed when reviewing submissions. Although possible, Driven is not likely to put you on the road within one week of your submission. Driven is looking to develop a relationship which may start with one show and lead you to eventually being added to the roster of our agency currently under development. For artists that are determined a good fit for the roster, agreements will be non-exclusive, leaving you open to also book yourself or sign with additional agencies. Driven is looking to add to what you're either already doing or looking to do and not to restrict you in any way.
