I know where it "lives" but the owners keep their front door wide opened (all able body adults too) and it won't stay in their yard (no fenced in area- nothing to even try to restrain it) so it to roams wherever/whenever it wants even if it's in front of cars or other dogs (not all dogs are friendly). It has been an ongoing thing now for the past month now. The other night I even have it on my cameras sleeping in the middle in the road by their house (Ps scared of its owners).
