Having a ready answer to that question is a useful way to say yes to certain initiatives, and in my experience, it's an even more useful filter for saying no. It is one of my fondest beliefs that there are an infinite number of ideas...but as we know, you can't do them all. What you say no to is in some ways more instructive than what you agree to take on; saying no is how you clear space and how you define your boundaries.
