Event Description:
Bitch Magazine requires that your band have at least one female member to be considered. Bitch Magazine is looking for ten ReverbNation artists to feature in upcoming issues of their print publication or on their website. Selected artists who are chosen for print publication coverage will receive a short album review and will also be considered for an interview. Those who are selected for online coverage will receive a blog post profiling the band and will also be considered for an interview. Bitch Magazine will give higher interview consideration to artists that share their political and cultural interests (e.g. social justice, feminism, etc). Selection Criteria: Talent, Musicianship, Production Value, and Marketability About Bitch Magazine: Bitch Media is a nonprofit organization best known for publishing the magazine Bitch: Feminist Response to Pop Culture. Bitch Media's mission is to provide and encourage an engaged, thoughtful feminist response to mainstream media and popular culture.
